you can stream directly to Mixer by creating a mixer account and downloading the app onto your xbox. If you have a webcam, you can connect it to your xbox as well.
If you have a PC, you can also download the xbox app to play video games and stream through OBS. Be sure to check all the requirements to ensure your stream is not laggy. Equipment that is more up to date is more likely to have more success.
